Heavy Equipment Data
Our Heavy Equipment data covers all types of equipment, including all types of tractors, graders, backhoes, cranes, lifts, trucks and farm equipment. Each record gives a breakdown about the equipment with details like the year it was manufactured, the make, model, price, fuel type and transmission, along with the equipment's location and contact details for the seller. We also track how long the listing has been continuously listed online. If there's a serial number or VIN we'll include that too and also check for any previous times that equipment may have shown up online. The data comes from hundreds of equipment websites that we crawl daily, with a complete refresh every 24 hours. The data covers the entire US and goes back to the Fall of 2018, with usually about 800k pieces of equipment actively for sale at any point in time. The data is available as both an API or an FTP data dump depending upon your preference.
Who Uses MarketCheck
MarketCheck is used by a broad range of companies in a number of different ways. Our data powers search portals, chat bots and many different kinds of inventory provisioning tools. But MarketCheck data is also used in some less obvious ways too, for analyzing insurance claims, populating appraisal tools or locating open recalls and tracking down stolen vehicles. Our clients span the spectrum, from the very large to the very small, and we go out of our way to produce a product that encourages creativity and innovation. If you have questions about how your project might fit in, just give us a call. We can usually advise about the best approach for your particular type of use case and we're always happy to hear about the different ways people are using the data.
Integrating the Data
MarketCheck data is made available through easy-to-integrate APIs, bulk data dumps or custom reports according to your preference. Integrating the data is fast and easy and if you're familiar with APIs you can be literally up and running within just a few minutes. But if you need a little help along the way we're always ready to jump in. For bulk applications or special uses requiring a lot of pre-processing, you may want to receive the data as a feed rather than an API. In these instances, we can set up a data dump at whatever location and schedule you may require. We prefer FTP but if you need something special just let us know. For special reports or other one-off uses just let us know what you need and we can most probably create it.
